Pakistan’s Supreme Court dismissed Zakir Jaffer’s bail application, the father of Zahir Jaffer, a main suspect in the Noor Mukadam murder case in 2021.

The IHC also ordered the trial to be finished by the trial court within eight weeks. The International Human Rights Commission’s (IHC) Justice Aamer Farooq made a succinct decision. A more detailed verdict was rendered afterwards.

In the Noor Mukadam murder case, Zakir and Ismat had filed bail applications, claiming no participation in Noor’s death; nevertheless, the police challan presented in court stated that Noor may have been rescued if Zahir’s parents had contacted the police in time.

On the other hand, the Supreme Court approved a similar petition brought by Zahir’s mother, Asmat Adamjee, and ordered her to provide Rs1 million in bail bonds.

Zahir Jaffer is a murderer from Islamabad, Pakistan, and has not been featured on Wikipedia.

He rose to prominence in the media following the murder of Noor Mukadam, and he is the prime suspect in this case as well.

Noor was murdered by Brass Knuckles and stabbed after she refused to accept his marriage proposal. According to allegations, she was raped before her murder.

On July 19, Jaffer’s was scheduled to leave at 3:50 a.m. Jaffer contacted Noor at her house in Islamabad’s Naval Anchorage neighborhood on July 18.

Noor left her mother a voice message, her last before she was brutally murdered. “Noor is not here at my place,” Jaffer told Noor’s mother as soon as he got off the phone.

Jaffer is thought to have tortured and killed Mukadam. Noor attempted to flee from the balcony, but Jaffer pursued her, and the home security man returned her to him.

Finally, he was also found guilty of rape under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and was sentenced to 25 years in jail and a fine of Rs200,000.

Zahir Jaffer was born in 1991 and is currently 31 years old. However, Jaffer’s exact date of birth is out of sight for now.

An American citizen is accused of planning the assassination of Noor Muqaddam. Jaffer is also said to be mentally sick, according to reports. He was previously deported from the UK on rape accusations, according to sources.

Zahir Jaffer was born to his Pakistani parents. Zakir Jaffer and Asmat Adamjee are the father and mother of Zahir.

However, Jaffer has not revealed his parents’ occupation yet. As per the internet, Zakir is a businessman, and his spouse is a housewife. His family belongs to Jaffer’s Muslim caste.

Moreover, Zahir is the single child of his parents and thus has no siblings. Similarly, he is a Pakistani-American dual citizen.
