SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man apprehended after reportedly shooting at KXTV, the ABC station in Sacramento, California, on Friday has been released from custody.
Sacramento police confirmed to KGO-TV, the ABC station in San Francisco, the 64-year-old man from Sacramento, has posted bail.

Early Saturday morning, Sacramento PD announced the arrest after investigators linked him to the vehicle used in the drive-by shooting.
At least three bullets hit the lobby window of the news station Friday afternoon.
People were inside the building, but nobody was hurt, police said.
He is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied building, and negligent discharge of a firearm, police said.

The suspect was held at the Sacramento County Main Jail.
The motive remains under investigation.
