Jerry O’Connell made an appearance at the Bravo Clubhouse on the Wednesday night episode (July 16) of Watch What Happens Live. Although he was there as an audience member to support his wife, Rebecca Romijn, O’Connell, seated beside Chase Sui Wonders and Lisa Hochstein’s boyfriend, Jody Glidden, still had his moment in the spotlight.

When queried on whether he believed Hochstein and Glidden were “end game,” O’Connell initially responded with a confident “No,” before realizing the true meaning of “end game.” Host Andy Cohen revisited the awkward exchange at the episode’s conclusion, explaining to O’Connell, “Jerry, the term ‘end game.’”

O’Connell, feeling a bit embarrassed, responded, “I know. You know, Rebecca’s in those Marvel films. One is titled Endgame. I was a bit lost. I believe these young people will make it.”

Before Cohen closed out the episode, he ribbed O’Connell about his time on The Talk, which was canceled after 15 seasons in December 2024.

“Jerry [is] feeling liberated after carrying The Talk on his shoulders for all those years,” Cohen joked. “We are all out of our misery now that The Talk is over.”

The Bravo icon cheekily continued, “We loved watching you on the show. Everybody misses The Talk,” to which O’Connell added, “End-game for The Talk.

The Talk first began airing in 2010 with Julie Chen, Leah Remini, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete and Marissa Jaret Winokur as hosts. While the talk show won 11 Daytime Emmy Awards and a People’s Choice Award throughout its run, CBS decided to cancel the series after 15 seasons. O’Connell, who took over Osbourne’s seat in 2021, worked alongside Sheryl Underwood, Amanda Kloots, Akbar Gbajabiamila and Natalie Morales, as The Talk’s final co-hosts before it officially went off the air last year.

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
