A GIRL is still unaccounted for after her last sighting at the Phoenix airport with her mother, prompting Arizona’s inaugural Turquoise Alert.
Authorities are actively searching for Violet Coultas-Benson, who is thought to have departed Hawaii on July 6.
The six-year-old was reportedly spotted with her mother, Sarah, on July 12 at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, six days afterward.
Cops have revealed Sarah, 48, is Violet’s non-custodial mom.
She is wanted regarding a custodial interference investigation, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
An arrest warrant is issued for Sarah’s arrest.
And Arizona officials issued the state’s first-ever Turquoise Alert.
Governor Katie Hobbs signed the bill which created the Turquoise Alert into law in May.
