AUBURN, Ala. (WIAT) — Auburn police announced that they are searching for a double murder and kidnapping suspect Thursday.

On Thursday around 2:30 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Samantha County following a request for a welfare check. Upon their arrival, they discovered two deceased individuals: an adult female and a juvenile female. Additionally, they were informed of a 3-year-old missing from the home.

Authorities report that Aaron Williams, the deceased woman’s husband and father of the missing child, was not present when officers arrived. Auburn police suspect that the child could be with the father, who might be traveling in a gray Honda Accord with the license plate “43A224A.”

The child, Jibreel Harun, is considered to be in immediate danger, leading to the issuance of an Amber Alert. Williams, the suspect, is described as being 6-foot-1 and weighing 240 pounds.

Anyone with information can call Auburn Police Department at 334-501-7313.
