A tense road-rage encounter in the Los Angeles area was captured on dashcam video, showing a Corvette driver appearing to damage another motorist’s tire while stopped at an intersection.
The footage, recorded on the morning of June 30, shows a red Chevy Corvette traveling beside a dark-colored Acura SUV as the Acura moves into a left-turn lane.
Moments later, the Corvette also changes lanes, swerving toward the Acura and nearly making contact before both vehicles come to a stop at a red light at Artesia Boulevard and Vermont Avenue in Gardena.
The Corvette driver, who is seen wearing a pink shirt and blue skirt, then gets out of the car while appearing to hold an object in her right hand.
She walks toward the Acura and appears to press the object into one of its tires.
The Acura driver then exits his vehicle and confronts the woman as she heads back to the Corvette. She eventually leaves the scene in the sports car.
Neither driver has been publicly identified.
The video stirred up discussion on Reddit, with many commenters saying the woman appeared like she had done it before.
“She’s spent time in prison with those shanking abilities,” one wrote.
“She was READY,” another added.
