Renowned celebrity stylist Law Roach, known for crafting iconic looks for stars like Zendaya, Ariana Grande, and Megan Thee Stallion, recently found himself at the center of an internet storm. The controversy erupted following his public complaint about a seating issue with Delta Air Lines.
Roach took to his @LUXURYLAW account on X to express his dissatisfaction, writing, “Dear Delta, I’m Delta 360 and a Million Miler. This morning I paid for a Delta One seat from NYC to LA, and when I boarded, it was not a lay-flat seat. I was very disappointed.”
This grievance quickly sparked backlash from his followers, who accused him of being out of touch and overly privileged.
One user commented, “If you can’t afford private, you shouldn’t complain. Flaunting privilege isn’t a good look.”
Another chimed in with, “Have you never flown on a domestic flight or…?”
While some fans sympathized with Roach’s disappointment, they suggested a different approach. “I understand it’s frustrating not getting what you pay for, but perhaps you take this one to the customer service line instead,” advised one follower.
Another user joked about the situation, “Law deserves to be luxuriously and softly laid down with ease, just like the tresses on jis beautiful scalp. Shame on yall for dropping the ball!”
However, Roach may have had good reason to complain as Delta’s own website describes Delta One seats as seats where passengers can “stretch out in spacious lie-flat seats, unwind with luxury amenities from Missoni and indulge in chef-curated meals paired with sommelier-selected wines.”
Delta did not respond to a request for comment from The Post.
