LA ICE Raids Get Wild; Protester Makes Bad Decision to Block Van; Mayor Bass' Statement Is Incredible

Recent actions by left-wing activists against ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) have taken a disturbing turn.

Despite previous violent incidents at ICE facilities resulting in fatalities, anti-ICE activists continue to disrupt operations, particularly in New York City, as they attempt to prevent ICE from fulfilling its duties.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has reiterated its stance, stating that these disruptions will not deter their mission.

Incredibly, individuals involved in these protests have resorted to scaling barriers, confronting law enforcement, and hurling objects, all under the belief that such actions are justified. Protesters created a blockade with trash collected from dumpsters and sidewalks, obstructing not only law enforcement but also civilians. You can view the chaos through a video link on X, which shows the elaborate barricade of debris constructed in the street.

Despite their attempts to halt ICE operations, the protestors were unsuccessful, as the vehicles managed to pass through the blockade.

Several protesters faced immediate repercussions for their actions, including being pepper-sprayed by law enforcement. At least 18 individuals were arrested on charges of obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct, following repeated warnings to disperse.

Yeah, I’m thinking that if you were climbing up the walls, shoving a police officer, or throwing things at them, that just might constitute a “reason.” Incredible that they think they’re justified in doing anything they like. They had garbage all over the street, which they pulled from both a dumpster and the sidewalks, and weren’t just blocking the police and ICE, but also other people as well. You can check out this link on X, where you can see the big trash blockade they erected in the middle of the street.

But ultimately despite their efforts they failed, and the vans got through despite their efforts.

Then, too, some of them found out that actions have consequences when they got pepper-sprayed. Cops also nailed at least 18 of them. They were arrested for obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct after allegedly ignoring multiple warnings to clear the area.

What needs to happen is holding these people accountable with some real punishment if they were obstructing.

But how messed up is New York City now? The NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch reportedly yelled at DHS officials and blamed them for the chaos. She supposedly told their officials that this is “unacceptable.”

Yes, it is unacceptable. But it’s the radicals’ actions that are unacceptable, not the actions of DHS. Where is the action by New York City to deal with the activists? If this is going to be the attitude going forward for New York, they will have far more problems than they do now

Editor’s Note: Democrat politicians and their radical supporters will do everything they can to interfere with and threaten ICE agents enforcing our immigration laws.
