New: Fetterman Responds to NY Mag Hit Piece As Another Reporter Casts More Doubt on Story's Validity

According to RedState’s Friday write-up, a recent “report” from New York Magazine divulged on alleged concerns brought forward by both past and present aides of Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA). These concerns revolved around his health status, compliance with medical advice post his May 2022 stroke, and his voluntary admission to Walter Reed Medical Center for clinical depression treatment in February 2023.

The article, which primarily relied on anonymous sources aside from Fetterman’s former chief of staff, Adam Jentleson, claimed that staff members occasionally couldn’t recognize the senator and noted instances of “bizarre” behavior even after his hospital discharge in early 2023.

Additionally, it was suggested that Fetterman’s perceived unpredictable conduct and his unwavering support for Israel following the October 7, 2023, Hamas attacks led to tensions in his marriage with his wife, Gisele. Staffers recounted alleged discussions between the couple and noted claims that she would reach out to them directly seeking advice on how to tactfully distance herself from some of her husband’s positions.
