Jack is being charged with deadly conduct involving the discharge of a firearm, a third-degree felony, as well as firing a weapon within certain municipalities, classified as a Class A misdemeanor.

According to the Frisco Police Department, officers were dispatched for a welfare check at a home located on the 2400 block of Haft River Road around 5:40 a.m. on Tuesday. Upon their arrival, officers reportedly heard gunshots emanating from within the house, as detailed in a police statement.
