Get ready for a unique dining experience as the Los Angeles area welcomes its first-ever combined Applebee’s and IHOP under one roof. This new venture is set to open later this month, offering a diverse menu that includes everything from pancakes to burgers and wings.

Located at 4410 Century Blvd. in Inglewood, the 24-hour restaurant will bring together the best of both worlds. Diners can enjoy IHOP’s popular breakfast items alongside Applebee’s classic entrees and appetizers, all in one convenient location.
