Footage shared by influencer Lauren Nicole shows passengers passing around life vests and waiting anxiously to board rescue boats.

The sleek, limited-edition yacht can also be seen vanishing beneath the waves of Miami Beach, Florida.

Debris floated on the surface as emergency services raced to the scene.

Eyewitness Rachael Miller shared with CBS News Miami: “We were just on the boat when we noticed a swarm of police, police boats, and another yacht completely flipped over vertically in the water.”

“It was vertical,” she added. “It was straight up in the water. It definitely didn’t look ordinary, and it’s just very concerning.”

Another bystander, Bruce Maresh, recounted his disbelief to WSVN: “In the distance, something appeared at an angle, and as we got closer, it was evident it was a large boat.”

The Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 – a high-speed superyacht born of a joint venture between Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group – is built for five guests and two crew.

One influencer rescued a bottle of $330 Clase Azul Gold Tequila from the sinking boat and shouted “baby is safe!” and “the women and children are okay!”

32 people were rescued from the vessel on Saturday afternoon, according to authorities.

Miraculously, no serious injuries were reported, but the incident is now under investigation.
