A Pennsylvania school bus aide has been arrested after police said he allegedly touched a 14-year-old special needs student inappropriately and appeared to use his cellphone to take photos and videos of her.
Ali Khan, 62, faces charges including endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors, indecent assault and related offenses, according to the Bensalem Township Police Department.
Khan was being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility after he was unable to post 10% of his $500,000 bail.
The teen’s parents contacted police on Thursday, July 30, after reporting that their daughter had allegedly been touched inappropriately by a bus aide earlier that day, investigators said.

According to police, the investigation found that Khan allegedly touched the Bensalem High School student multiple times on Wednesday, July 29, and Thursday, July 30, while she was on a bus traveling to the school’s extended school year program.
Investigators said surveillance video from inside the school bus showed Khan directing the girl to a particular seat, then allegedly touching her inappropriately while fastening her seatbelt and again after she was seated.
Police said the footage also appeared to show Khan engaging in sexual conduct and using a cellphone to photograph or record the student.
