Pentagon says 140 troops wounded in Iran war, most injuries minor

The War Department has reported that approximately 140 American troops have been wounded since Operation Epic Freedom commenced on February 28.

According to Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell, “Most of these injuries have been minor,” and 108 service members have already returned to active duty. Eight members remain in serious condition, receiving top-tier medical attention.

Tragically, Iranian strikes have resulted in the deaths of seven service members.
