The American B-2 stealth bombers are scheduled to touch down at airfields in Diego Garcia, located in the Chagos Islands, and RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire. This deployment comes after the British government initially denied the Trump administration’s request to launch strikes from these bases, according to various sources.

However, Prime Minister Keir Starmer has since changed his stance, granting permission for the US aircraft to utilize UK runways within a few days, as reported by the Telegraph on Wednesday.
