A recent product recall has been issued for a line of infant sleepsuits due to potential choking risks, as announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission earlier this week.

The recall targets the HALO Magic Sleepsuits, specifically due to a faulty zipper head that could present a hazard to infants. These products were available for purchase on HALO’s official website and at major outlets such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

The CPSC reported receiving at least 15 incidents where the zipper head detached from the garment. Fortunately, no injuries have been associated with these incidents so far.

This recall affects approximately 45,000 sleepsuits identified by batch codes PO30592, PO30641, and PO30685. These items were sold between September 2025 and February 2026.

The CPSC advises consumers to engage with the recall process via the company’s website to obtain store credit and then properly dispose of the affected products.

The recalled products include about 45,000 units of the sleepsuits with batch codes PO30592, PO30641 and PO30685, the CPSC said. They were sold from September 2025 through February 2026.

The CPSC urged consumers to participate in the recall on the company’s website and receive store credit before discarding the product.
