Scott Lobaido is a lobbyist and a patriot who enjoys painting his country’s public banner.

He is 56 years old, born on March 31, 1965. He grew up in a working-class Italian-American home with three sons.

His mother used to be a real estate salesperson, and his father was a retired city sanitation worker. In Dongan Hills, he stayed in a house owned by his younger brother, a municipal bus driver.

As a result, he has erected many structures with renditions of the Stars and Stripes. Every single one of them adopted the American flag as their own.

On September 30, 1999, he was arrested for flinging horse dung onto a museum artwork of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The blue line was painted by artist and activist Scott LoBaido along a barrier outside the 122nd Precinct stationhouse in New Dorp last week.

However, the Department of Transportation issued him a cease-and-desist letter, stating that the line must be removed and that he had not been authorized to paint it.

Mayor Bill de Blasio, according to LoBaido, did not obtain a permit to paint Black Lives Matter on Fifth Avenue, even though he supports the movement.

“I never use anti-BLM rhetoric at my rallies or in anything I do.” “This is simply to show love and respect for those who safeguard this neighborhood,” LoBaido explained.
