Tess Crosley was seen anxiously looking out the windows of her Brisbane residence as her husband greeted police officers at their door on New Year’s Eve.

Her husband, Ben, who was shirtless, met with the officers just before 1:30 p.m. They brought with them an unidentifiable long, black lockable suitcase and two other long black fabric bags, all of which they handed over to Mr. Crosley.

As Mr. Crosley conversed with the police, his arms folded, Tess was seen pulling aside the curtains to observe the interaction.

A spokesperson from Queensland Police stated that officers visited the address and obtained several items during a welfare check.

The spokesperson added, “There is no criminal matter under investigation, and therefore no further details will be provided at this time.”

This police visit coincides with Tess’s return from a Christmas trip in northern New South Wales. She remains at the center of the well-publicized separation between Lachie and Jules Neale.

On December 22, influencer Jules, 35, launched a remarkable public attack on Tess, demanding she remove Instagram photos of the Brisbane Lions’ recent grand final celebrations.

The post in question featured multiple images from grand final day and the celebrations following Brisbane’s back–to–back premiership win, with several photos showing Jules and Lachie on the field and inside the sheds celebrating with friends after the match.

The now-deleted comment, which was captured in screenshots, shows Jules writing: ‘Take these down, you idiot, you’re embarrassing yourself.’

Jules recently revealed the breakdown of her marriage – denying news reports she was ‘working through’ issues with Lachie and instead alleged that she had been ‘betrayed in the most unimaginable way’.

She did not specify what that entailed.

‘I want to make it very clear that I am not ‘working through’ anything,’ she wrote.

‘I have been betrayed in the most unimaginable way.

‘All I can do now is to heal and do what’s best for my children,’ she continued.

Within hours of posting the statement, Jules deleted every photo of Lachie from her Instagram account, erasing more than a decade of memories, while a moving truck was spotted parked in the driveway of the couple’s Brisbane home.

There is no suggestion of any wrongdoing by Tess.

Neither party has made any public comment on the situation.

On Monday, Tess was pictured with her son but without her wedding ring on the Gold Coast, while Ben was seen looking downcast in Brisbane.

Jules Neale was photographed in Brisbane on Tuesday after returning to her home state of Western Australia to be with family over Christmas.

A day after being spotted loading her car with moving boxes, the WAG tried to console herself with a morning coffee.

The garage of the Neales’ Brisbane home was packed full of moving boxes, which Jules – who has also ditched her wedding ring – was seen lugging to her car.

Crosley, 29, was thought to be staying with her parents at their Gold Coast home as the biggest scandal in footy continues.

The former Mormon missionary appeared to shrug off the drama when she posted some very relaxed pics on her Instagram Story as she enjoyed some down time in NSW.

Crosley posed in a skimpy brown bikini teamed with a straw cowboy hat, flaunting her figure in a pair of G-string bottoms in a bathroom mirror selfie.

Clearly chuffed with her look, she captioned the image with a simple ‘This’, and a heart-hands emoji.

Tess turned off the comments on the post, possibly sensing blowback from her followers amid the drama.

Photos recently emerged of Jules and Lachie Neale enjoying a holiday with Tess and her husband Ben, before the very public falling out.

The group looked to be having a great time in each other’s company, with one photo showing the former friends, clad in bikinis and posing on the sand.

Meanwhile, a video uploaded to Tess’ TikTok in June shows her, her husband Ben, Lachie and Jules taking part in a TikTok trend.

The clip shows the foursome performing the ‘hope our husbands like each other’ skit.

Jules is seen miming the phrase: ‘I hope our husbands get along’, before Tess jumps in with: ‘Me too’.

The camera then cuts to a shot of Lachie and Ben with their arms interlocked drinking a cocktail. The clip was captioned: ‘Four best friends’.
