Priscilla Presley has consistently remained in the public eye since becoming the wife of the iconic King of Rock and Roll.

Now 80, Priscilla was famously married to Elvis Presley from 1967 until 1973. She later played a significant role in establishing Elvis Presley Enterprises, which transformed the legendary Graceland estate in Memphis, Tennessee, into a premier tourist destination in the United States.

Throughout the years, she has openly discussed her life with Elvis, sharing insights into their magnetic attraction and the romantic tensions that accompanied their relationship.

However, Priscilla has also been open about her personal challenges and triumphs.

Among these was a cosmetic surgery mishap in 2003, performed by an unlicensed practitioner, which permanently altered her appearance.

Recently, computer-generated images have surfaced, offering a glimpse of how she might have looked if she had never undergone the controversial procedure.

Artificial intelligence was told to analyze photos of the star when she was younger and make a variety of predictions about what she might look like at age 80.

The results were quite a shakeup from how she looks now, as they showed the star with wrinkles and crow’s feet around her eyes – but still strikingly beautiful.

Presley suffered a botched plastic surgery back in 2003.

Dr. Daniel Serrano, an Argentinian doctor who was not licensed to practice medicine in the US, reportedly injected an industrial low-grade silicone – similar to what mechanics use grease car parts – into her face.

‘Priscilla Presley was one of many documented victims of Dr. Daniel Serrano,’ her rep confirmed in 2008. 

‘An investigation which uncovered his misconduct ultimately led to his imprisonment. Ms. Presley dealt with this matter years ago and everything is now well.’

Serrano, who also treated Lionel Richie’s ex-wife Diane Ritchie and Larry King’s wife Shawn King, was only licensed as a nurse when he performed the cosmetic procedure.

He was investigated after his patients complained the injections caused lumps, paralysis, and craters in the face. He was arrested in 2004 and charged in relation to the illegal injections.

Serrano was later sentenced to 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy, smuggling, and use of unapproved drugs in 2006.

Elvis was a 24-year-old global star when he met his future wife, then just 14 years of age, at a party in West Germany while seeing out his military service with the United States Army.

The couple wed in Las Vegas in 1967 and welcomed their only child, daughter Lisa-Marie Presley, the following year.

The couple ultimately divorced in 1973 and Priscilla would eventually embark on a 22-year relationship with Brazilian screenwriter Marco Garibaldi, with whom she welcomed son Navarone, her second child, in 1987.

Elvis died ten years earlier in 1977 at the age of 42 after suffering a fatal cardiac arrest in the bathroom of his legendary Graceland home.

His ex-wife would endure further tragedy in January 2023 when Lisa-Marie also died prematurely, aged just 54.
