The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrests three suspects connected to a deadly December shooting.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — On Tuesday, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reported three arrests linked to the shooting death of a 22-year-old man in December.

According to JSO, Dave Joseph was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in the 9000 block of New Kings Road on Dec. 22. He was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and succumbed to his injuries days later, as stated by JSO.

JSO detectives eventually concluded that “several suspects” were involved in the shooting. The agency arrested 29-year-old Daveron Cani Reed in late December on charges of being an accessory to murder. This was followed by the arrest of 29-year-old Leon Jamon Williams, who was charged with murder, in February.

Riheam Daykwon Anderson, 29, was identified in mid-April as the final suspect, JSO said. The agency obtained an arrest warrant for murder and began searching for him around Jacksonville. About a week later, Anderson was located and arrested in Waycross, Georgia.

Anderson was brought back to Jacksonville and joins Reed and Williams in custody at the pre-trial detention facility awaiting trial.
