The nightmare took place at Emilie’s Arizona home on May 12 after little Trigg was pulled from their pool.

He was rushed to a nearby children’s hospital in Phoenix and fought for his life for six days before he died.

Ever since the accident, the 26-year-old TikToker has gone silent on social media as her family mourns the sudden loss.

A mother with a significant following on Instagram and TikTok has initiated a legal action against local government bodies. Her objective is to prevent any public access to records related to Trigg’s death.

Espinosa has remained quiet since the tragedy, but broke his silence in a recent video where he spoke about life’s twists and turns, People reported.

After posting, he made the clip private, but someone reposted a recording, and it quickly went viral.

In the video, Espinosa recorded himself taking a drive while a voiceover said, “Life will always throw you a curveball.”

“One day everything feels aligned. You’re making progress, chasing purpose, moving forward,” said the audio.

“Then just like that, everything changes.”

Espinosa held his head in his hands as the voice over mourned “a call you didn’t see coming” and “a goodbye you didn’t get to say.”

“Don’t wait for the world to remind you how fragile this life is,” said the emotional monologue.

The stepbrother ended the video with a message of hope and urged his followers to appreciate everything they have before it’s taken away.

“Spend time with the people you love,” he said.

“Focus on what truly matters because life doesn’t wait.”

‘EVERY DAY BATTLE’

In the lawsuit filed by Emilie, her lawyers gave a glimpse at the family’s daily struggles since saying goodbye to Trigg.

The court documents say the Kisers are going through “every parent’s worst nightmare” as they made a desperate plea for privacy.

“Emilie is trying her best to be there for her surviving son, 2-month-old Theodore,” the lawsuit said.

“But every day is a battle.”

The Kisers hope that keeping information like the medical examiner’s report out of the public eye will help them grieve in private.

They named several local government agencies in the suit, and Maricopa County officials say they’re working to place a seal on the records.

SAD GOODBYE

Emilie and her husband Brady gushed about welcoming their new baby Theodore right before Trigg died.

In her now-heartwrenching last post on Instagram, she posted a picture of Brady in bed with a big smile as he cuddled their two boys.

When Emilie gave birth in March, she described having an “infinite” amount of love for her children.

“We love you so much and our hearts feel like they are going to burst,” she said of her new baby Theodore.

“I am so grateful for a smooth delivery, a healthy baby, and the best husband.

“Could not have done it without my rock.”
