A WOMAN who disappeared over a year ago has been found after she walked into a gas station and told attendants to call the cops.

Tori Milsak, 35, was suddenly cuffed after she revealed her identity on Thursday.

A missing woman entered a convenience store in Little Rock, Arkansas, at 3 pm and informed the staff that she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest, as reported by ABC affiliate KATV.

Minutes later, Little Rock police officers came and booked her, and she’s currently being held at the Garland County Detention Center.

Authorities have not disclosed the reason for her arrest. However, court documents examined by The U.S. Sun reveal that she had been charged with breaking or entering and first-degree criminal mischief before she went missing.

On Friday, her lawyer appeared in court for this case on her behalf.

Milsak’s brother Jason Hamel said he was stunned to hear that she was alive, but felt instant relief knowing his sibling was safe.

“I’d been told that she might have been murdered multiple times,” he told the local outlet.

“Hope was lost. I mean, like everybody said, you hold onto that 1% that she’d be found alive, and she’s that 1%.”

Hamel had previously shared that Milsak stopped talking to their family in 2023 after their sister died following a motorcycle accident.

Hamel, along with his father, decided to remove her from life support, which left Milsak devastated and dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder, according to her brother.

The brother was haunted by what would be their final conversation, as they butted heads over the tragic situation.

Milsak remembers shutting his sister down because she “sounded mad about something” while they were chatting.

“I told her that I did not have time to deal with her crap right now,” Hamel said in an interview before his sister was found.

“She just said, ‘I’m sorry. I love you. I’ll call in a week.’ And I never heard from her.

“So, that’s haunted me for the last year, thinking that maybe if I took an extra five minutes, things could have been different.”

Milsak was reported missing on June 6, 2024, and was last seen in Hot Springs, Arkansas, which is about an hour west of Little Rock.

‘START THE HEALING’

After hearing that his sister was found, Hamel said he was “very angry, not at Tori, but at some people.”

He stressed that he would try to “start the healing process” and “rebuild Tori’s life.”

“I’m nervous, and I want to find out what happened,” he said, adding that he hadn’t been able to speak with her yet.

“Was she held against her will? It’s been a year. I want to see her, make sure she’s OK.”

A close friend of Milsak has started a GoFundMe to raise money for her “legal battle.”

In the description, she said the missing woman’s charges are “from before her disappearance.”

“She’s in urgent need of legal representation to ensure her case is handled fairly and with care for her mental and physical well-being,” wrote the friend.

“Her family and friends are trying to get her into a treatment facility as well.

“All funds will go directly to cover legal fees, court costs, and if possible, the initial intake costs for mental health or substance abuse treatment.”

Early on Sunday morning, Hamel wrote online that he still didn’t have any updates and blasted people for sharing “negative comments.”

There’s still a lot of questions that need to be answered. This isn’t over, and Tori will need all the support she can get to be able tell her story,” he wrote.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to local authorities for more details on Milsak’s case.
