A man involved in the recent violent altercation on the streets of Cincinnati, which resulted in multiple injuries, has been identified by police and subsequently charged, investigators have revealed.
The 45-year-old Caucasian man, whose identity remains undisclosed, faces a disorderly conduct charge—a fourth-degree misdemeanor—due to his purported involvement in the downtown conflict on July 26.
Under Marsy’s Law, which protects victims’ privacy, police cannot disclose his name because he is considered a victim in the incident.

Authorities claim Wright forcibly removed the victim’s necklace amidst an assault by four or more accomplices, with the intent to cause serious harm, according to documents obtained by Fox 19.
Wright allegedly snatched the victim’s necklace during the beating before proceeding “to film the rest of the events,” the outlet reported.
Earlier this month, six defendants were indicted by a grand jury for their alleged roles in the beatdown.
