Suspect Arrested for Attempted Homicide Following Halloween Night Bar Stabbing Incident

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A Green Bay resident is facing a $250,000 cash bond after being accused of attempted homicide.

As detailed in court documents acquired by Local 5, 47-year-old Robert Goodletson faces charges related to an alleged violent encounter in a bar in Green Bay. The incident reportedly unfolded on October 31 around 8:45 p.m. when police responded to a stabbing report at a State Street establishment.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered a victim suffering from several severe stab injuries. The victim recounted to investigators that upon entering the bar, he was immediately confronted by Goodletson, who began shouting at him.
