Top Twitch streamer files defamation lawsuit against fellow gamers


In a significant legal development in the streaming community, one of Twitch’s leading personalities, Matthew Rinaudo, popularly known as Mizkif, has initiated a lawsuit against fellow streamers and several gaming companies.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court, targets Emily Beth Schunk, recognized online as “Emiru,” and Zack Hoyt, known in the Twitch world as “Asmongold.” Additionally, the legal action includes three organizations: OTK Media Inc., Mythic Talent Management Inc., and King Gaming Labs Inc.

The complaint notes that most of the involved parties are located in the Austin, Texas area.
