Samantha Cope has joyously announced the gender of her upcoming second child through a series of heartwarming family photographs with her husband, Joey Lawrence.

On Thursday, the couple marked Thanksgiving by posting a delightful collection of family snapshots on Instagram, capturing moments from a recent photoshoot.

In the adorable pictures, Lawrence wrapped his arms around his wife as Cope showed off her baby bump, and in their caption, they revealed they would soon be welcoming a baby boy.

In the photos, the smiling duo is seen with their two-year-old daughter, Dylan, who is perched atop a white horse, adding a picturesque touch to the scene.

‘Can’t wait to meet you baby boy,’ the couple wrote in the caption alongside emojis of a baby blue heart, an angel and a wing.

Just two weeks prior, the couple shared the exciting news of their pregnancy. This announcement came nearly a year after they decided to call off their divorce and shortly after they reconciled.

Cope also treated her Instagram followers to a video featuring herself, her husband, their toddler, and a sonogram image of their soon-to-arrive bundle of joy.

In the video, Cope is dressed in a gray cardigan, stylishly unbuttoned at the bottom to showcase her growing baby bump.

She paired the top with a white maxi skirt while her husband and daughter wore coordinating neutral tones to complement her look. 

In the video, the proud parents kissed each other and also shared special moments with their daughter Dylan. 

‘I’ll never be over this feeling,’ she wrote in the caption of her post with a baby blue heart emoji. ‘Thankful for our beautiful growing family #gratitude.’ 

Her beau left a comment underneath her post and wrote: ‘I love this so much. Love you most baby.’ 

Their gender reveal comes shortly after the pair reconciled following a brief split last year.

The couple have been married since May 2022 and welcomed their first child about half a year later.

The pair also made their first red carpet appearance together as soon-to-be parents-of-two at the 20th anniversary event of Dancing with the Stars earlier this month. 

Cope showed off her baby bump and revealed their expectancy news after their brief split and reconciliation. 

Late last year, Lawrence seemingly confirmed their reunion on Instagram after they previously announced their divorce plans. 

He shared throwback photos of them at an event for their romantic comedy film Marry Christmas, which was filmed years earlier prior to its 2024 release. 

‘My forever after,’ he wrote in his caption about his on-screen co-star and real-life wife. 

Cope had originally filed for divorce in August 2024, but months later, signed a motion to dismiss the petition. 

A source previously told People that the pair split after Lawrence had an alleged affair with his Socked in for Christmas costar Melina Alves, which the latter denied.
