The 45-year-old reality star has known the 41-year-old British Formula 1 driver for over ten years. Recently, they have been seen together discreetly in places like London, the Cotswolds, and Aspen since the start of the year.

Kardashian made a bold fashion statement in a black lace catsuit, paired with Balenciaga leggings and heels, all topped off with a striking black maxi-coat curated by stylist Dani Levi.

True to her style, the producer and star of “The Kardashians” stepped out with a fully contoured look and long hair extensions for her evening in the City of Lights, sans kids.

Kardashian — who boasts 494.8 million social media followers — later shared a video from the modern Japanese rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower to her Instagram Stories.

On Monday night, Kardashian posted an Insta Story with a cozy snap from her bed at the five-star luxury Hôtel Costes, where she ordered cheesecake and began streaming the fourth season of Netflix’s steamy soap opera Bridgerton on a laptop.

The coy alleged couple were first pictured together in 2014 alongside their then-partners, Kanye ‘Ye’ West and Nicole Scherzinger, at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London.
