30 more people charged in Minnesota church storming, with 25 already arrested, AG Bondi says

The Trump administration has taken legal action against an additional 30 individuals for their suspected roles in the recent disruption at a Minnesota church during a protest against ICE. This announcement was made by Attorney General Pam Bondi on Friday.

“ATTACKING A PLACE OF WORSHIP IS UNACCEPTABLE. If you do, you will not evade justice — we are committed to locating, apprehending, and prosecuting you,” Bondi stated in a post on X, detailing the latest arrests.

“Under my orders, federal agents have already detained 25 of these individuals, with further arrests expected throughout the day,” she added.

Previously, at least nine people, including former CNN anchor Don Lemon, were apprehended in connection with the protest at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, on January 18.

Lemon has argued against his criminal liability, insisting that he was simply covering the event as a journalist.
