Olivia Wilde’s recent appearance at the San Francisco International Film Festival has sparked conversation, as the actress appeared noticeably slimmer.

The 42-year-old star has been the subject of speculation regarding the use of Ozempic, and her latest public appearance has done little to quell the rumors.

Wilde chose an outfit consisting of a long, oversized skirt that concealed her lower body and a fitted white T-shirt that accentuated her toned arms.

Opinions among fans were divided; some speculated about the possible use of semaglutide, while others suggested that the harsh lighting on the red carpet might have played a role in altering her appearance.

One fan commented, “That’s age, not Ozempic. She has always been slim.”

Another added, “She has always been on the thinner side, and this photo was taken with a wide-angle lens, which can distort features.”

‘Why would she be using Ozempic when she’s been thin all her life?’ wrote a third.

‘It’s not Ozempic, she’s always been very thin. This is just a [bad] makeup job,’ added another.

Daily Mail has contacted Wilde’s representative for comment.  

Earlier this month, social media users accused Wilde of being on Ozempic after she showed off her slender physique in a tiny crop top at the Fashion Trust US Awards in Los Angeles.

The actress is known for her commitment to fitness and is often spotted hitting the gym in Los Angeles.

She stays away from processed foods and loves attending classes at the Tracy Anderson Method Studio in Studio City.

While training for her role in 2010’s Tron: Legacy, Wilde did cardio five days a week, strength training three days a week, and mixed martial arts classes as regularly as possible.

It comes as the 42-year-old filmmaker’s ex-boyfriend Harry Styles, 32, got engaged to actress Zoe Kravitz, 37.

Wilde and Styles dated for nearly two years before breaking up in November 2022.

On Monday, Wilde was spotted reuniting with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis as she dropped their kids off.

The former couple were in a romance from 2011 to 2020 and share two children: son Otis, 12, and daughter Daisy, nine.

Despite their tumultuous past together, Wilde and 50-year-old Sudeikis shared a hug, demonstrating their amicable co-parenting relationship.  

Things between the stars ended dramatically when Wilde began dating Styles while shooting her film Don’t Worry Darling in late 2020.  

She split from Sudeikis in November 2020, before going official with Styles in January 2021. 

Despite a swirl of infidelity rumors, Wilde denied that she was unfaithful to Sudeikis, telling Vanity Fair in October 2022: ‘The complete horses**t idea that I left Jason for Harry is completely inaccurate.’

In January 2025 an insider exclusively told DailyMail.com that Olivia was emotionally ‘moving forward’ from her previous, highly-publicized relationship with the music artist, more than two years after their breakup.

‘After the Harry breakup, she really took time off dating and away from the spotlight to focus on herself and her family,’ the person close to the star shared. ‘She got way too caught up in that and their relationship became a public spectacle.’ 

Wilde is now dating art dealer Caspar Jopling, to whom she was first linked in September 2025.

As for her professional life, Wilde is busy with a number of exciting projects following a four-year hiatus from films.

In July, she will star alongside Charli XCX in director Gregg Araki’s erotic thriller I Want Your Sex.

She will then join Pedro Pascal and Will Arnett in the drama film Behemoth from director Tony Gilroy.
