CARTER COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Authorities in Carter County have launched a homicide investigation following a death that occurred on Friday morning. Sheriff Mike Fraley provided details, confirming the involvement of the Carter County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) in the investigation. According to Fraley, the victim has been identified as 18-year-old Jaylen Burleson. The investigation is ongoing, as shared with News Channel 11.
