Jacobs captured the encounter on video and posted it, showcasing his visit to his own boutique, conveniently located within an airport terminal.
The video begins with Jacobs greeting the sales associate and asking about a pair of earrings.
While the employee was eager to assist him, she showed no signs of realizing she was serving the very man whose name adorned the store.
With a playful smile, Jacobs remarked to the camera, “Let’s see if we can go the whole way without her knowing who she’s helping.”

The employee smiled politely, keeping her composure despite the surprise introduction.
