Kendra Wilkinson is putting her slimmer figure in the spotlight. The 41-year-old former Playboy model, who has previously said she is “no longer trying to be sexy,” told Instagram followers that she has “lost so much weight.” After fans asked what was behind the transformation, Wilkinson said her results came from using an unnamed GLP-1 medication and hinted that more details may be tied to a promotion, teasing, “A new ad I’m doing [is] coming out Tuesday.”
Wilkinson embraces GLP-1 wellness journey

Responding to one follower who wanted to know how much weight she had dropped, Wilkinson said she is judging the change by how her wardrobe fits rather than by a number on the scale. “I go by the fit of my clothes and old clothes. Was on my way to size 10. Now I’m less than a size 6,” she wrote, adding, “I haven’t stepped on a scale.” The Daily Mail has contacted Wilkinson’s representative for comment but has not yet received a response. Earlier this year, the real estate entrepreneur said she was starting weight loss medication through Effecty. “I’m so excited I’m starting my GLP-1 journey today with Effecty.com – unlike most people, I’m being honest with this journey,” she announced in late March.

Effecty says on its website that it “offers treatments for weight loss, longevity and women’s hormone therapy.” In a caption explaining her decision, Wilkinson said she was approaching the process carefully. “Starting my GLP-1 journey and being really intentional about how I do it,” she wrote. “For me, it wasn’t just about weight… it was about feeling better, having more energy, and actually trusting the process instead of rushing it.”

The Girls Next Door alum added that she was looking for an option that matched her needs and day-to-day life. She said she “wanted something that felt transparent, supportive, and realistic for my lifestyle,” adding, “This is just the beginning, but I’m excited to share how it goes and what I learn along the way.” Wilkinson shifted into real estate after earning her license in 2020 and joining The Agency, the brokerage led by fellow reality TV personality Mauricio Umansky.

Her move into real estate later became the focus of the Discovery+ docuseries Kendra Sells Hollywood, which followed her efforts to break into the competitive industry. The show ran for two seasons from 2021 to 2023. Wilkinson has continued to speak openly about the challenges of her career, writing in a June 2026 Instagram post that she felt “tired” and “lost.” On Sunday, she also told her three million followers that a client had fired her. “When a client fires you … after all the work you put in. Ya, I’m struggling today guys,” she admitted. Wilkinson shares son Hank IV, 16, and daughter Alijah, 12, with her ex-husband, Hank Baskett, 43.
