The only juror who resisted a verdict in Lindsay Clancy’s triple-murder trial described deliberations as “tense,” while maintaining that he personally had no reasonable doubt about her guilt.
Michael Desronvil rejected fellow jurors’ accounts that he harbored reasonable doubt. Even so, he would not agree to find the 36-year-old mother criminally responsible for strangling her three children.
When Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany asked whether he had reasonable doubt, Desronvil replied, “No.”
“I had a lot of evidence to back up my claim,” he said, adding that, out of respect for the other jurors and the court system, he would set the matter aside for now while the legal process continued.
The court has not scheduled a new trial. Prosecutors also have yet to announce whether they will again pursue the same first-degree murder charges against Clancy.

Here’s the latest on Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial
Clancy’s attorney, Kevin Reddington, urged jurors to find her not guilty by reason of insanity. He argued that she was experiencing severe postpartum psychosis and had hallucinated a man’s voice commanding her to kill her children and herself.
Prosecutors offered a sharply different account, arguing that Clancy deliberately planned and carried out the killings of Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, on Jan. 24, 2023.
The jury—nine women and three men—spent seven days deliberating. A judge ultimately declared a mistrial after the panel sent three notes saying it was unable to break the deadlock.
“There were moments that were tense as we were deliberating,” Desronvil said.
Fox News’ full interview with Desronvil is scheduled to air Thursday morning.
