Brooke Hogan has spoken out angrily after her late father’s Clearwater Beach mansion was sold, accusing those around the wrestling legend of profiting from his legacy.

The 5,400-square-foot waterfront property in Clearwater Beach, Florida, belonging to Hulk Hogan, was put on the market in January for almost $11 million. It has now sold for $5.9 million.

The neighboring guest cottage changed hands separately for $2.8 million.

In a series of emotional Instagram posts, Brooke accused family members and close associates of seeking financial gain from her father after his death.

The 38-year-old shared a photo of the home on her Instagram Story, marking the image with a large “SOLD” label.

“The sick feeling is indescribable,” Brooke wrote alongside the image.

Brooke reflected on the years she spent in the house with her father and Jennifer McDaniel, Hulk Hogan’s former wife, who was married to him from 2010 until 2021.

“We cooked, we watched Jerry Springer, we played music, we cried,” she recalled.

She added that every visit began with an embrace in the garage when her father opened the door, and that she would spend hours sitting beside him in the chair where he died.

Brooke also said she and McDaniel supported Hulk through years of serious health problems, including back surgeries as well as knee and hip replacements.

Her posts then turned toward those she believes took advantage of her father, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, following his death.

“First Jen—who no one but me treated with respect. Then I was gone… the truth teller… I’m sure to everyone’s delight,” she wrote.

“And now it’s all gone. Sold for profit. Just like him… used for f***ing everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen. You know who TF you are.”

In another post featuring the property, Brooke repeated her accusation, writing: “Enjoy your dirty money. You took my dad.”

She went on to claim that many people appeared in Hulk Hogan’s life only when they wanted something, rather than offering support when he needed it.

“Apparently EVERYONE will show up at the end if you’re famous enough and they can profit off your demise,” Brooke wrote.

In a follow-up post, Brooke clarified that she wasn’t calling out any WWE Wrestlers, rather specific friends and family who used Hogan’s fame for their own benefit.

She told US Magazine: ‘There’s something deeply unsettling about watching a person’s life and memories reduced to transactions.

‘Some people see a home filled with history and love. Others simply see what it’s worth. I’ve learned that the way people move when there’s nothing left to gain from someone anymore can tell you everything about how they valued them when they were alive.’

Back in 2023, Hulk wrote Brooke out of his will, making her brother, Nick, Hulk’s sole beneficiary. Brooke previously revealed that she asked to be removed from the will as she didn’t want to be involved in any fights over money.

‘I’ve had to hear everyone say I’m the jerk for stepping away from the toxic behavior and brainwashing, fake, greedy people… ‘I should have been there.’ ‘Everyone else’ was there till the end. NO. They were there AT the end. To collect,’ she wrote.
