A trip to the strip club became a trip to jail for a Florida man after he called 911 because an employee apparently wouldn’t have sex with him.
As outlined in a probable cause arrest affidavit, Sultan Jiza Muedh Alnofaie, aged 21, was at the Oz Gentlemen’s Club in Clearwater just before 1 a.m. on Sunday when he contacted 911. He complained about an employee, insisting that officers “come and take him to jail.” Alnofaie further informed the dispatchers that security personnel at the strip club had taken $300 from him. He claimed he had paid this amount to an employee for sex, yet he did not receive the services he paid for.

Security at the club said the defendant obtained a private room and requested sex from a staff member.
“When denied said acts, the defendant called 911 for assistance,” the affidavit said.
Alnofaie tried to get cops to arrest a staff member who took his money, but they did not oblige his request and arrested him instead.

Deputies observed that the suspect seemed to be under the influence, as he was slurring his speech and had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath.
Cops took Alnofaie to jail on a misdemeanor charge of misuse of a 911 system. He has since posted a $500 bond. He was assigned a public defender. His next court date is not yet listed.
