JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — In a strategic move, AT&T has announced the transformation of its Johnson City call center into a remote work model, according to a company representative on Monday. Employees currently working at the location will have the opportunity to transition to telecommuting positions. “Although we will cease operating a physical call center in the area, we remain dedicated to our commitment to the local community,” the spokesperson assured.
