GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – A former employee of Corewell Health received a probation sentence on Wednesday, alongside a substantial restitution order, after being convicted of stealing medical bone grafts from the health care provider’s warehouse in Walker.

Stephen Jacobsen, a resident of Allendale, admitted guilt in September to charges of embezzling amounts exceeding $50,000 but less than $100,000, which was a reduction from the initial accusations.
