Initiated by Senator Rusty Crowe from Johnson City, the resolution proposes that Congress officially rename Dogwood Lane at the Mountain Home VA to Congressman Phil Roe Boulevard, a gesture that seeks to commemorate Roe’s substantial contributions, particularly towards veteran affairs.
