Cameras caught the moment thieves rammed a ute through the doors of a shopping centre and stole an ATM in the dead of night.

Surveillance cameras have captured a dramatic scene where thieves used a ute to smash through the entrance of a shopping center, making off with an ATM in the early hours.

This brazen act took place at a shopping mall in Baldivis, located south of Perth, on March 19.

The CCTV footage reveals a blue Nissan ute reversing through the center’s glass doors into an empty corridor around 2 a.m.

The vehicle continues to back up, colliding with an ATM and knocking it to the floor.

Two masked individuals are seen entering the premises through the shattered doors, heading to the rear of the ute.

Meanwhile, another accomplice remains seated in the driver’s seat of the ute.

The vehicle is then seen driving out of the shopping centre with a chain attached to the ATM, dragging it along behind the ute.
