Donald Trump Jr. appeared to undergo a pre-wedding makeover ahead of his May marriage to Bettina Trump.
The development comes after a report alleged that Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev helped finance the wedding. An Instagram post from a Palm Beach medical spa has since drawn attention for detailing cosmetic treatments the practice said Trump Jr. received before the ceremony.
The spa, called Pure Skin Palm Beach, shared on social media that Don Jr received customized Ultherapy treatments to ‘naturally define his jawline.’
Ultherapy is a non-invasive procedure designed to tighten and lift lax skin. The treatment uses an ultrasound device cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
A single Ultherapy session generally costs more than $2,000.
In July, the Palm Beach spa uploaded several photos from Trump Jr. and Bettina’s wedding to Instagram, accompanying them with an extensive caption.
“It was also a pleasure getting to know Don and helping him prepare for the big day with customized @ultherapy treatments to naturally define his jawline,” Pure Skin Palm Beach wrote.
The practice’s post also described a series of treatments it said Bettina received at the spa before the wedding.

Pure Skin Palm Beach said on Instagram that Donald Trump Jr. received customized Ultherapy treatments to “naturally define his jawline” before marrying Bettina.

Ultherapy is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive ultrasound treatment intended to improve skin laxity. Trump Jr. is pictured above in 2021.
According to the spa, Bettina also received Ultherapy as well as Sculptra, Renuva, MOXI, Tixel, laser hair removal and ariessence pure PDGF+, a topical product used after certain procedures.
Sculptra and Renuva are injectable treatments. MOXI and Tixel, meanwhile, are laser-based facial procedures marketed to refresh and rejuvenate the skin.
The spa further said Bettina underwent regenerative hair restoration, customized facials, wrinkle-relaxing treatments and wellness IV therapy.
“Coordinating treatments around a demanding travel schedule and public appearances required meticulous planning, allowing every result to peak beautifully for her wedding day,” the medical spa said in its caption.
“To Bettina and Don, thank you for your friendship and trust,” the message continued.
“My team and I wish you a lifetime filled with love, laughter, health and happiness.”
Our News Outlet has reached out to Don Jr and Pure Skin Palm Beach for comment.
The spa explained that Bettina first started coming to them five years ago and has since become a ‘loyal client’ and a ‘dear friend.’

The post also detailed the cosmetic tweaks that his bride, Bettina, allegedly underwent at their practice. The couple, who wed in May, is seen in March 2025

The spa shared that Bettina had also done Ultherapy, along with Sculptra, Renuva, MOXI, Tixel, laser hair removal and ariessence pure PDGF+, a topical post-procedural enhancement. The couple is seen in June, a month after the nuptials
‘Watching her find her true love with Don Jr and witnessing this beautiful chapter unfold has been such a privilege for my team and I,’ the post continued.
Bettina follows the account and liked the post.
The resurfaced post comes just days after a shocking report was published that alleged his wedding was funded by Kremlev, a wealthy oligarch and friend of Russian President Putin; the medical spa’s Instagram page was mentioned in the piece.
The President’s eldest son tied the knot with the 39-year-old socialite at a Palm Beach ceremony in late May before heading to the Caribbean for a luxury reception.
The report claimed that Kremlev helped the Trumps financially, including paying the rent of private island Little Pipe Key, paying for a fireworks show and hundreds of thousands of dollars in other expenses.
Kremlev’s team also planned the wedding party, according to nonprofit news site ProPublica.
Bettina addressed the rumors and posted a series of never-before-seen photos from the celebration on Monday, calling the Russian national ‘our dear friend Umar.’
She said that he ‘very generously hosted two incredible nights of celebrations for us’ before making clear that the party he paid for was ‘after our wedding.’
The couple had 18 guests at the ceremony and 50 people at the reception.
She ended the fiery statement by telling her followers: ‘Friendship doesn’t require a political motive. Generosity doesn’t automatically come with an agenda.’
