Selena Gomez’s mother, Mandy Teefy, disclosed who accompanied her daughter down the aisle as the actress married Benny Blanco in a romantic ceremony on Saturday.
The 33-year-old actress said ‘I do’ to the record producer, 37, in Santa Barbara with around 170 guests present, including the singer’s close friend Taylor Swift and Only Murders In The Building castmates Martin Short and Steve Martin.
The Rare Beauty founder also treated her fans to insights from the weekend festivities by posting photos from Friday’s rehearsal dinner and moments after the wedding.
Her mother attended the significant occasion, taking to Instagram to praise the newlyweds and revealing that Gomez’s grandfather David was chosen to walk her down the aisle.
The former Disney Channel star shares a close bond with her maternal grandparents, David and Debbie, and mentioned back in 2023 that she was residing with them at that time.
Gomez has also developed a bond with stepdad Brian Teefy, while her relationship with biological father Ricardo Joel is reportedly not as close.

Along with sharing a photo of the bride and groom, the star’s mother wrote in the caption: ‘What a perfect celebration for the most kick a** couple I know!
‘The evening couldn’t have been more beautiful and perfect! Absolutely flawless!’ she added. ‘All my love to my beautiful daughter @selenagomez and to the greatest son in law @itsbennyblanco!!!’
Gomez’s mom concluded with, ‘It was a fairytale come true and it was beyond heartwarming watching my father walk her down the aisle!!! XO.’
Back in 2023, the Wolves songstress gave a little insight into her relationship with her maternal grandparents – and revealed that she was living with them at the time in her Encino mansion.
In an Instagram reel shared by Food Network, Gomez talked about what she tends to eat on a regular Tuesday night while at home.
‘I’m definitely eating something my nana made probably the night before,’ the star said.
‘I live with my grandparents, so we are always in the kitchen, always cooking, and we have leftovers.’
And late last year in December, her maternal grandmother jumped to social media to share her excitement over Gomez and Blanco’s engagement.
Along with sharing a photo of the bride and groom, the star’s mother wrote in the caption: ‘What a perfect celebration for the most kick a** couple I know!’

When it came to her life in the spotlight and being an actress, the former Disney channel star explained that her biological dad ‘didn’t want to be a part’ of it.

The weekend extravaganza kicked off with a glitzy rehearsal dinner on Friday at a country mansion in Goleta’s tony Hope Ranch neighborhood – which is near the scenic Santa Ynez Mountains.

The couple paused for an assortment of loved-up images outside at the venue – with the actress donning a halter-styed custom Ralph Lauren gown. The record producer dressed for the occasion in a classic black tuxedo.
And on Sunday, Blanco shared more pictures which appeared to have been taken after the lovebirds said ‘I do.’
The actress could be seen wearing a different white gown with an intricate lace overlay and sheer veil that flowed down behind her.
The Eastside hitmaker wore a black suit as well as a white dress shirt and a black bowtie for the ceremony.
The couple snapped the mirror selfie while cozying up on a couch, and another photo was taken of their hands as they showed off their wedding rings.
On Sunday, the wedding festivities officially came to a close as guests arrived to an intimate family lunch at the same venue of the rehearsal dinner.
