Fox News ‘Antisemitism Exposed’ Newsletter: NFL owner sacks hateful Macklemore

– Robert Kraft commits $2 million to Middle East humanitarian relief as Macklemore faces backlash after being barred from a venue
– Pink responds to criticism after challenging Macklemore’s pro-Palestinian concert comments
– Bill Maher condemns Macklemore’s Gaza views, arguing celebrity “moral confusion” is contributing to antisemitism

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has pledged $2 million in humanitarian assistance for the Middle East amid criticism over the decision to ban Macklemore from performing at Gillette Stadium. The move followed a call from Ed Sheeran for Kraft to match the rapper’s own relief commitment after venue operators canceled Macklemore’s opening appearance. Kraft said the money would support innocent civilians, while maintaining that political disputes should not be brought onto concert stages.

Antisemitic incidents have surged, prompting a warning from civil rights advocates. Columbia student David Pomerantz, New Beginnings Church founder Corey Brooks, End Jew Hatred Movement founder Brooke Goldstein and CUNY law professor Jeffrey Lax examine the rise in threats and discuss what may be driving the shift.

Pop icon Pink has responded to fierce criticism after speaking out against Macklemore’s pro-Palestinian concert statements. In an emotional message, the Jewish singer said she should be able to describe feeling unsafe without being labeled pro-genocide. Pink also vowed to defend her heritage and speak up for families attending live events rather than remain quiet in the face of online attacks.

BILL GETS REAL:  Late-night host Bill Maher used Real Time to accuse uninformed celebrities of helping spread antisemitism worldwide. Addressing Macklemore’s assertion that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, Maher argued that the rapper lacks a meaningful understanding of the conflict and characterized the fighting as a counterattack. He also criticized far-left messaging that he said promotes falsehoods and can encourage hatred of Jews.

Norway is drawing criticism over a proposed law that could impose prison sentences of up to three years on people who do business with Israeli communities in the West Bank. Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations and Christian leaders condemned the measure as discriminatory, saying it would criminalize commerce on the basis of Jewish identity and effectively establish an anti-Israel boycott through legislation.

Iris Reff Ronen, chief executive of Warriors of Israel, argues that while international leaders debate sanctions against Israel, wounded soldiers are focused on rebuilding their lives. The rehabilitation executive criticized politicians who promote economic pressure while overlooking the sacrifices of injured troops. In rehabilitation centers, she wrote, the debate over international posturing is secondary to the demanding, day-to-day work of recovery.

“Because nowhere has this moral confusion become more obvious than in a place called Gaza. A little strip of land that was not part of the original Israel, but they won in a war launched against them, but then gave back, gave back as a peace gesture — did they tell you that part on TikTok, kids?” — Bill Maher
