Lenny Hochstein and fiancée Katharina Mazepa break up again

Dr. Lenny Hochstein and his on-again, off-again fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, broke up “a few months ago,” Page Six can reveal.

“Following a meaningful period together, I’ve chosen to respectfully end our engagement and return the ring,” Mazepa shared exclusively with us on Wednesday. She clarified that she “wasn’t asked to do so” but “insisted” as she felt it was the right decision.

The 29-year-old Austrian model explained that she had a “quiet realization that sometimes love evolves, and gracefully letting go is the most dignified path forward.”

She made sure to note that she wishes Hochstein, 58, “nothing but peace and fulfillment on his journey.”

As for the brunette beauty, she is “fully focused” on shaping her “next chapter with intention, independence and presence.”

Hochstein, for his part, declined to comment.

The Miami-based plastic surgeon re-proposed to Mazepa in December 2024, four months after the pair ended their first engagement that August.

Hochstein first popped the question in July 2023.

His ex-wife, Lisa Hochstein, has long maintained that he cheated on her with Mazepa, but he has always maintained his innocence.

Interestingly, Page Six caught up with Lisa, 42, and Lenny’s mother, Marina Hochstein, on Tuesday evening at the “Real Housewives of Miami” Season 7 premiere event, where they excitedly shared about recently reconciling.

Asked which of the two “initiated” the reconciliation, the Bravolebrity said they “both wanted it,” cryptically noting that Marina has now “seen things” that Lisa has seen all along.

“It took her a little longer to see,” she added, claiming that a certain someone’s “mask came off.”

Meanwhile, Marina told us in a separate interview, “He’s my son. Although sometimes he could be wrong, but it’s too late to teach him.”
