Her disappearance has left her family fearing the worst.

Hannah’s dad Wesley described the days she has been missing as “the hardest” in his life.

But, concerns are rising that foul play may be involved, as reported by the ABC affiliate KATV-TV.

Hannah’s family recalled how she was a fan of the social media site Snapchat.

Worried Wesley, who lives in the small city of Bradford, admitted his daughter had “problems” on the app.

He claimed that she had met people from out of town.

But, he grew concerned when she failed to return home.

Wesley claimed that there were some cars in the neighborhood where he lives at the time Hannah left his home.

“It leads me to believe there might be some foul play,” he claimed.

Hannah was last seen at around 7:40pm on August 9 and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

She was carrying an orange and black backpack, according to a missing persons poster.

Wesley has put out an appeal asking for information about cars seen appearing in his neighborhood.

It’s not known if Hannah got into a car.

And, he has spoken of his heartache after his daughter vanished.

“Been out another night, fighting to find your beautiful light,” he wrote on August 11.

“As I sit here and wonder where you may be, I am overwhelmed with emotion, wishing you were with me.

DAD’S DESPERATE PLEAS

“I don’t know where to look, I don’t know where to start, all I find myself doing is making circles in a world that is falling apart.”

In a desperate plea, he begged his daughter for “assurance.”

“I don’t care what you’re doing, or where you have been, I just need some assurance that this isn’t the end,” he wrote.

In a second social media post, Wesley begged Hannah to call him.

“Please, if you see this pick up a phone and call me and tell me that you are ok,” he wrote.

“It’s been the hardest 5 days of our lives not knowing where you are or what may have happened to you.

“We have scoured this entire nation looking for you, chasing every hint without pause, with the hope of finding your lovely face at the conclusion of each search.”

“I would storm even the gates of Hell to locate you and ensure your safety, and I hope you understand this and know how much you are loved and missed dearly.”

He revealed that he would always love Hannah.

“You are my flesh and blood, my baby girl,” he said.

“If you’re somewhere angry with us or whatever the situation might be, just understand that you’re not in trouble. We’re not trying to make you do anything against your wishes.”
