Vanessa Hudgens, Cole Tucker welcome second child

Vanessa Hudgens, renowned for her role in “High School Musical,” announced a significant personal milestone on Saturday via Instagram, sharing an intimate moment with her partner, Cole Tucker. The post featured a heartfelt image of Hudgens in a hospital bed, tenderly holding Tucker’s hand.

In a surprising turn of events, the couple welcomed their second child. Hudgens expressed her awe and gratitude in the caption, saying, “Well…. I did it. Had another baby!!! What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do ❤️.”

As news of the newborn spread, a flurry of congratulatory messages poured in from fans and celebrities alike. Notable figures such as Zoey Deutch, Mario Lopez, Cara Delevingne, and Leslie Mann were among those who extended their warm wishes to the couple.

While the joyous announcement has captivated many, Hudgens and Tucker have opted to keep certain details under wraps, including the baby’s name and gender, maintaining their preference for privacy regarding their family life.

Fans and famous friends flooded the comments to congratulate the couple, including messages from Zoey Deutch, Mario Lopez, Cara Delevingne, Leslie Mann and others.

The baby’s name and gender has not been revealed, keeping the duo’s streak of family privacy.

The two announced the pregnancy back in July, sharing several photos showcasing her baby bump.

“Round two!!!!,” Hudgens captioned the post then.

Tucker, a professional baseball player, and Hudgens welcomed their first child in 2024 and have remained private about the baby’s name. The star surprised fans during her first pregnancy when she debuted her baby bump in a black floor-length dress at the 2024 Oscars red carpet pre-show, which she was hosting that year.

The pair tied the knot in December 2023 in a destination wedding in Tulum, Mexico. The wedding came months after the two announced their engagement in early 2023.

Hudgens revealed in an Entertainment Tonight interview that she met the professional baseball player through a meditation group.

“Me and Cole met on a Zoom meditation group. Very random, yes,” she told the outlet at the time. “Zoom, you’ve got to love it.”
