Authorities are on the lookout for a group of criminals responsible for a staggering 18 robberies across Queens and the Bronx, according to police reports.

The perpetrators, described as using “two-wheeled vehicles,” have been targeting individuals throughout six different precincts. They have been known to violently assault their victims, use firearms, or quickly snatch valuables before making a swift escape, as detailed by law enforcement officials.

The crime wave kicked off on September 6, when three attackers assaulted a 27-year-old man on White Plains Road near Mace Avenue in the Allerton area of the Bronx. This incident occurred around 5:40 a.m. The assailants threatened the man with knives and physically battered him, but ultimately left without taking any belongings, according to the police.

Over the course of October, the robbers launched 13 additional attacks. Victims were found in the Allerton, Norwood, Kingsbridge, University Heights, and West Farms neighborhoods of the Bronx, as well as one incident in Woodside, Queens. In the Queens robbery, the assailants held a 26-year-old man at gunpoint on 39th Avenue near 65th Street, making off with his jewelry around 4:30 p.m. on October 17, according to police reports.
