The Israeli Ambassador to the United States, Yechiel Leiter, recently stated, “We’ve accomplished a number of surprises. Once everything is clear, you’ll witness events on Thursday night and Friday that will make the ‘Beeper’ operation appear almost straightforward.”

He didn’t specify what actions were planned, but he hinted they were significant:

The ambassador did not go into detail about the plans but mentioned that it would likely make Israel’s notorious move to detonate thousands of Hezbollah pagers in Lebanon late last year “look simple.”

“There’s still a lot of things we can do,” Leiter said.

“We’ve accomplished a number of surprises. Once everything is clear, you’ll see some surprises on Thursday night and Friday, that will make the beeper operation appear almost straightforward.”
