Former “Real Housewives of New York City” star Jill Zarin has been fired from the upcoming E! reunion show, “The Golden Life,” following her racist rant about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show.

In a swiftly deleted Instagram video, Zarin voiced her discontent with a recent halftime show, labeling it as “the worst halftime show ever.” The reality TV personality expressed her dissatisfaction with the performance, which she felt was unsuitable for a celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.

“It’s 250 years that we’re celebrating right now in the United States, and I just don’t think it was appropriate to have it in Spanish,” she remarked. Zarin pointed out her inability to understand the lyrics, which she believed should have been in English to be inclusive of all viewers.

Furthermore, Zarin perceived the performance as a political gesture, possibly in response to the “ICE thing.” She also commented on the lack of diversity, claiming “literally no white people in the entire thing,” despite the presence of Lady Gaga as a special guest.

Criticizing the NFL’s choice of headliner, Bad Bunny, Zarin accused the league of “selling out,” calling it a “very sad” decision, especially as it marks its 75th anniversary.

Following the video’s viral spread and the ensuing backlash, Blink49 Studios decided to remove Zarin from “The Golden Life.” She was initially slated to join fellow “RHONY” alumni Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, and Kelly Bensimon in the 10-episode docuseries.

Zarin was originally set to appear in the 10-episode docuseries alongside follow “RHONY” alums Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan and Kelly Bensimon.

“In light of recent public comments made by Jill Zarin, Blink49 Studios has decided not to move forward with her involvement in ‘The Golden Life,’” the studio said in a statement to Variety on Tuesday. “We remain committed to delivering the series in line with our company standards and values.”

No official release date has been announced for “The Golden Life,” though filming is expected to being in South Florida this spring.
