Lady Gaga has reportedly welcomed her first child with fiancé Michael Polansky, following weeks in which the superstar appeared to retreat from the spotlight.
The couple is reportedly new parents, according to Page Six, but few details have been revealed, including the name of the child, its sex or when it was born.
Shortly after reporting the news, Gaga, 40, and Polansky, 42, were spotted out in public with a newborn baby in photos obtained by Page Six.
The Born This Way singer had last been seen in August during a fan encounter in Northern California that was documented with an Instagram selfie.
Our News Outlet has contacted Gaga’s representatives for comment, though no response has been received so far.
Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, has been engaged to Polansky since April 2024.

In the newly surfaced photos, Gaga appears to be carrying a newborn close to her chest in a sling while walking in Northern California alongside Polansky and another woman.
Our News Outlet previously reported that the couple had been keeping a low profile in Marin County, where Gaga owns a new $10 million mansion.
The singer kept her look relaxed for the outing, wearing a loose gray cardigan, roomy pajama-style pants and a cropped top that revealed her midriff.
She completed the casual ensemble with oversized sunglasses and black loafers, while Polansky matched the low-key mood in shorts, a hoodie and a baseball cap.
Gaga was also seen wearing her large diamond engagement ring during the outing, after her extended absence from the public eye sparked speculation that she and Polansky may have quietly eloped.
A source previously told Our News Outlet that even people close to the pop star had been unsure of her whereabouts during her time away.
“No one has seen her or heard from her in over a month,” the insider said. “Everyone in her circle thinks she eloped with Michael and is on her honeymoon now, trying to make a baby.”
Gaga had been trailed by pregnancy speculation since mid-2024, just a few months after she and Polansky got engaged.

Gaga previously shut down pregnancy rumors in June 2024, just months after she and Polansky got engaged
Fans began spreading rumors that she was pregnant based on video of her performing at her sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding in Maine.
‘Lady Gaga randomly being pregnant and married,’ one excited fan wrote at the time, while others rushed to congratulate her.
However, the hitmaker swiftly shut down the speculation with a TikTok video that she captioned: ‘Not pregnant – just down bad cryin at the gym.’
However, Gaga hasn’t been shy about her desire to start a family.
During an appearance in October 2025 on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, she said motherhood would be her ‘next starring role.’
And Gaga may not be planning on stopping at just one child.
‘She has only one sister, Natali, and always wanted more siblings. So she wants her children to have many siblings so they can all lean on each other,’ a source told Our News Outlet.
