In Washington County, Tennessee, a dramatic series of events unfolded last Friday, culminating in the arrest of a 30-year-old man. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) reported that Lawrence (Alex) Givens allegedly stole a truck and subsequently crashed it during an attempt to evade law enforcement officers.
